Justice Lahoti report on mid air
collision |
|
Recommendation
by the Court of Inquiry: Rec. 6.1 |
| The
requirement of proficiency in English, which is the language, accepted
by ICAO for radio communication on international flights, should be
strictly ensured by contracting states. ICAO should devise ways and
means to ensure compliance by contracting states so as to avoid lapses
in their part.

Comments/Action

| Accepted.
The matter would be taken up at ICAO at an appropriate level. Kazakhstan
