The Air Traffic Controllers' Guild
(India) like many other associations consists of a General Body. All the
Members of the Guild constitute this General Body which is the supreme body
to formulate the policies of the Guild.
-
Apart from
this the Guild has a General Council, a Central Council,
a Central Executive Council, to execute the policies of
the Guild and to oversee the functions of the Guild on
all India perspective.
-
The
General Council of the Guild is a representative body
consisting of delegates equal to 10 % of the total Guild
Membership. These Delegates are elected by members at the
Branch level.
-
Central
Council of the Guild consists of all the elected Members
of the Central Executive Council and all the five
Regional Secretaries.

Central
Executive Council consists of 9 members elected by the
General Body of the Guild through a secret ballot
election process.

In order
to formulate policies at the Regional level not inconsistent to those formulated by the General Body
there are five Regional Bodies in the five regions.

Regional
Councils, consisting of 7 members are elected by the
Regional Body. These Councils execute the policy of
the Guild and oversee the functions of the Guild within
the Region.

In order
to formulate policy at the Station level there are
Branches of the Guild. Branches have Branch Councils
elected by the Branch, to execute the policies of the
Guild.

ATC Guild
also has five Standing Committees, to deliberate on the
various issues and render advises to the Councils of the
Guild.
