With great regret we
learnt that Mr. B Subramaniam,
Senior Manager (Air Traffic Control), Coimbatore
Airport passed away in a tragic road accident while on way to Sulur on
Wednesday, 19 November 2008 while on official duty.
Born on 31 May 1964, Mr.
Subramanian joined the profession of Air Traffic
Control in 1987 at Calcutta and was an accomplished Controller
having acquired all ATC ratings. He
also served in Mohanbari, Jamshedpur, Bangalore,
Trivandrum airports during his career.
Over and above all, Subramaniam was a lovely person,
warm, friendly and always helpful. He will be greatly
missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He is survived by his
wife and two kids.
On behalf of the entire
Guild and the Central Executive Council we extend our
heartfelt condolences to his family.
