Much before actually you board an aircraft in order to
undertake your flight, there are many steps that are to be
initiated to ensure that your journey to destination remains
safe and comfortable. As
for the comfort - this is primarily taken care of by the
Airline's Commercial Department, while safe journey is being
ensured by the Operational department of the Airline and the
Airport Services. Since the time gates of the aircraft are
closed, until you exit the aircraft at your destination,
movement of your aircraft will be continuously monitored by
the Air Traffic Controllers to make sure that there is no
threat to the safety of your flight. |
